"The die is not cast"

After David Sassoli, President of the European Parliament, announced on Friday that the Parliament no longer considered Oriol Junqueras an MEP, thus aligning itself with the decisions of the Spanish Central Electoral Commission and the Spanish Supreme Court, Javier Pérez Royo, Professor in Constitutional Law at the University of Seville, discusses how the situation might play out.
