€145.000. Here is his scandalous case.

Dea Sirs,
I am Felip Segura, an adoptive son of Olesa, 40 years of age, husband and father, and victim of ideological reprisal by several powers-that-be in Spain.
Since January 3, 2018, when two officers were waiting for me at the doorstep to notify me that I was being investigated for a crime of hatred and another for serious offences against Spanishstate officials, my family and I have been suffering from the situation I have mentioned, of ideological repression.
The reason for this investigation was the writing of a tweet in which, in response to a news item on 3/24 TV in mid-December 2017, announcing the death of two civil guards in the province of Teruel at the hands of a European mafioso against whom an international seach waant had been issued, I responded, literally:
"Well, they should have studied, instead of joining a military body of bullies and granny-bashers. I'm sorry for the family's commotion, but it's the same family commotion as that of any heroin addict of the '80s. They chose for themselves the route they wanted. "
In that notification, I was also informed that I was summonsed to go to a Teruel court five (5) days later, in a secret investigation; if not, that notification would become an arrest warrant.
For this procedure they want to accuse me of up to 4 crimes for which they call for up to four (4) years in prison and about twenty thousand (20,000) euros, what with fines and civil liabilities.
The reason for this text, I reiterate, is not to achieve economic support that no solidarity fund could cover, but to make you aware of this on-going repression that weighs, in the first place, on me and, by extension, my family.

Sóc en Felip Segura, olesà adoptiu, 40 anys, marit i pare, i represaliat ideològic per part d'alguns poders de l'estat espanyol.
Des del passat 3 de gener del 2018, moment en el que dos funcionaris m'esperaven a la porta de casa per notificar-me que estava sent investigat per un delicte d'odi i un altre d'injúries greus contra funcionaris de l'estat espanyol, la meva família i jo patim aquesta situació de mencionada repressió ideològica.

El motiu d'aquesta investigació, va ser la redacció d'un tuit on, en resposta a una notícia del 3/24 de mitjans de desembre del 2017 on s'anunciava la mort de dos guàrdies civils en la província de Terol a mans d'un mafiós europeu en cerca i captura internacional, jo responia, literalment:
"Doncs que haguessin estudiat, en comptes d'allistar-se a un cos militar de perdonavides i estova-àvies.
Em sap greu el tràngol de la família, però és el mateix tràngol de la família de qualsevol heroïnòman dels '80. Ells han triat el camí que volien."
En aquella notificació també se m'informava que havia d'anar a declarar a Terol en cinc (5) dies sota secret d'actuacions, o aquella notificació esdevindria en una ordre de detenció.
Per aquest procés volen imputar-me fins a 4 delictes pels que demanen fins a quatre (4) anys de presó i uns vint mil (20.000) euros entre multes i responsabilitats civils.
El motiu d'aquest escrit, reitero que no és aconseguir un suport econòmic impossible d'assumir per cap caixa de solidaritat, és fer-vos coneixedors d'aquesta repressió existent que pesa, inicialment, sobre mi i, per extensió, la meva família.
