Dear friends,
We are just about to witness one of the greatest farces in the form of a trial. Everything leads us to believe that on Tuesday the political prisoners will be transferred to Madrid. They are being tried for having exercised our right to self-determination. In fact, they are trying us all. That's why we encourage you to hang your "estelada" flag on the balcony. Let us show that, whatever happens, our will is still intact.
In the face of the transfer, we will carry out various kinds of action, always in the form of denouncing the violation of collective and individual rights, but especially that of the right of self-determination, a right that we exercised and that they intend to criminalize.
Firstly, the territorial acts will accompany the political prisoners on the pavements and bridges along the way with banners and "estelades". We will give them all the energy we can before they leave. We will turn this farce of a trial into a boomerang against the State.
On the day of the transfer, in the evening, there will be concentrations in the county towns with the slogans #fakejustice and #makeamove. In Barcelona, the concentration will be held in the evening of the transfers, at 7 pm, in the Jardinets de Gràcia.
That day, in the evening, "fake justice" banners will be put up, preferably on town halls,. After two days the "Self-determination is a right, not a crime. Make a move" bannets will be put up, so that Cataloniacan be seen to be calling on the world to know that the right of self-determination is being violated and for it to become involved.
We need to ask ourselves how we got to this juncture. Why is our government just regional, and why are we letting this farce of a trial happen? For us the answer to both questions is clear: for not having driven on and applied the mandate of October 1 referendum mandate. So we shall channel all the rage and indignation that we feel for this unfair situation and transfer it to tbose who can reverse this situation: our Government and Parliament.
As of the day after the transfers, we will stay put in front of the Generalitat palace to ask what they are doing to apply the October 1 mandate. As long as we do not move this mandate forward we shall be letting the repression take effect and we, the mobilized people, shall be there. The Parliament and Government need to do their part. Estem a les portes de viure una de les farses més grans en forma de judici. Tot apunta que aquest dimarts es produirà el trasllat dels presos i preses polítics cap a Madrid. Els jutgen per haver portat a terme el dret a l’autodeterminació. De fet, ens jutgen a tots. És per això que us animem a penjar l’estelada al balcó. Mostrem que, passi el que passi, la nostra voluntat segueix intacta.
De cara al trasllat, realitzarem diversos tipus d’accions, sempre en forma de denúncia de la vulneració de drets col·lectius i individuals, però en especial del dret a l’autodeterminació, un dret que vam exercir i que pretenen criminalitzar.
Per una banda, les territorials acompanyaran els presos i preses polítics als vorals i ponts al llarg del trajecte amb pancartes i estelades. Els donarem tot l’escalf que puguem abans de marxar. Convertirem aquesta farsa de judici en un bumerang contra l’Estat.
El dia del trasllat, al vespre, hi haurà concentracions a les capitals de comarques amb els lemes #fakejustice i #makeamove. A Barcelona, la concentració es farà a la tarda dels trasllats, a les 19 h, als Jardinets de Gràcia.
Aquest dia, al vespre, es penjaran, preferiblement als ajuntaments, pancartes de “fake justice”. Al cap de dos dies es penjaran les de “Self-determination is a right, not a crime. Make a move” per tal que es vegi que Catalunya fa una crida al món a conèixer que s’està vulnerant el dret a l’autodeterminació i que cal que s’hi impliquin.
Ens hem de plantejar com hem arribat a aquesta situació. Per què estem en un govern autonomista i estem permetent que hi hagi aquesta farsa de judici? La resposta a aquestes preguntes per a nosaltres és clara, per no haver continuat endavant i haver aplicat el mandat de l’1 d’Octubre. Per tant, tota la ràbia i indignació que sentim per aquesta situació injusta la canalitzarem i la traslladarem a qui pot revertir aquesta situació, Govern i Parlament.
A partir de l’endemà dels trasllats, serem presents davant la Generalitat per reclamar-los què estan fent per aplicar el mandat de l’1 d’Octubre. Mentre no tirem endavant aquest mandat estarem permetent que la repressió faci el seu efecte i nosaltres, el poble mobilitzat, hi som. Cal que Parlament i Govern facin la seva part. Us animem a acompanyar-nos-hi. Estigueu atents a les nostres comunicacions.
