Some have sent me DMs asking why I have not gone into the GC [Civil Guard, Spanish police] report on the CDRs and the alleged planned "terrorist action" against Casado. The statement in the report is debatable to say the least.

The report concludes that one of the suspects "could" be planning a terrorist "action" against several politicians, including Manuel Valls, Pablo Casado or the mayor of Sabadell. But on what evidence is such an assertion based?
The only "evidence" in the report is that the suspect, Jordi Ros, conducted "Google searches" of the aforementioned politicians.
Not a single recorded conversation planning an attack, or a confiscated document that provides any further clue as to the suspects' intentions. Nothing. Just a Google search.
It has crossed my mind that if those agents checked my laptop, or any of yours, they would surely include us in any criminal or terrorist organization on the basis of such "evidence."
I therefore felt that both the drafting of the report in this respect, and disseminating its content, were irresponsible.
And it does not escape me that the report has been leaked only a day before Casado visits Catalonia to talk to his businessmen and censure the pardons of pro-independence politicians. And no, consciously, I am not and will not be anyone's political tool.
Furthermore, the report revealed nothing new. That the CDRs were "terrorists" for the Civil Guard, and the explosives and plans of alleged attack they designed, has been said from minute one of this cause.
And it's not just me that says this. The Prosecutor's Office, which does not see "any significant new evidence" in this report released yesterday, which has been used for several headlines. Not on the SER*.

El informe concluye que uno de los sospechosos “podría” estar planificando una “acción” terrorista contra varios políticos, entre ellos Manuel Valls, Pablo Casado o la alcaldesa de Sabadell. Pero, ¿en qué pruebas se basa para tal aseveración?
La única “prueba” del informe es que el sospechoso, Jordi Ros, realizó “búsquedas en google” de los referidos políticos.
Ni una conversación grabada planificando un ataque, ni un documento incautado que aporte algún indicio más sobre las intenciones de los sospechosos. Nada. Solo una búsqueda en google.
Se me ocurre que si esos agentes revisan mi portátil, o el de cualquiera de ustedes, seguramente nos incluirían en cualquier organización criminal o terrorista con esas “pruebas”.
Por tanto, me pareció irresponsable tanto la redacción del informe en ese aspecto, como la difusión de su contenido.
Y no se me escapa que el informe se filtra solo un día antes de que Casado visite Cataluña para hablar con sus empresarios y censurar los indultos a los políticos independentistas. Y no, conscientemente, no soy ni seré herramienta política de nadie.
Por lo demás, el informe no aportaba novedad alguna. Que los CDR eran “terroristas” para la Guardia Civil, y los explosivos y planes de supuesto ataque diseñados, se ha contado desde el minuto uno de esta causa.
Y no solo lo digo yo. También la Fiscalía, que no aprecia “novedad significativa alguna” en este informe conocido ayer, que ha servido para las portadas de algunos. No en la SER
