Following the serious events that affect the Catalan teaching community, we wish to express our support for colleagues that are subject to media, judicial and police repression; both in the cases of Sant Andreu de la Barca and La Seu d'Urgell, and in the others.
The red lines that have been crossed show the state of emergency we are in, which puts at risk the space of confidence that schools are and should continue to be. We see threatened not only the instructor's freedom but also the freedom of expression.
For all this, we are committed to defending education in democratic values, in the culture of peace and in the critical spirit: basic pillars so that future citizens, that we put at the centre of our professional dedication, can build a fair, democratic and participatory society.

DECLARACIÓ UNITÀRIA
Arran dels greus esdeveniments que estan envoltant el col·lectiu docent català, volem expressar el nostre suport als companys i companyes que són objecte de la repressió mediàtica, judicial i policial; tant en els casos de Sant Andreu de la Barca i la Seu d’Urgell, com en la resta.
Els límits que s’han creuat evidencien la situació d’emergència en què ens trobem, que posa en risc l’espai de confiança que són, i han de seguir sent, els centres educatius. Veiem amenaçada no només la llibertat de càtedra, sinó també la llibertat d’expressió.
Per tot això ens comprometem a defensar l’educació en els valors democràtics, en la cultura de la pau i en l’esperit crític: pilars bàsics perquè els futurs ciutadans i ciutadanes, que posem al centre de la nostra dedicació professional construeixin una societat justa, democràtica i participativa.
