Here what lies beneath the Surface is their assumption that everyone who fought against Francoism (and shoved their chests out to bring democracy) are terrorists. It is of extreme gravity. In any healthy democracy those who confronted the dictatorship are applauded and respected.

2. You have let people like @jordialapreso and @jcuixart be put in jail, whose only crime has been climbing onto a Civil Guàrdia vehicle to calm down protesters and fight for the independence of Catalonia, using the most extreme pacifism.
3. You have let politicians like @ForcadellCarme @junqueras @jorditurull @joseprull @quimforn and others to be put in prison for giving people a voice, in fulfillment of a popular mandate, democratically endorsed. Today there are POLITICAL PRISONERS in Spain. Sorry if it's not cool.
4. You have let there be Catalan exiles TODAY, such as @krls @toni_comin @ClaraPonsati or @LluisPuigGordi, as happened after the civil war and the Franco uprising and overthgrow of the order established at that time.
5. You have let there be exiles for singing rap, writing a tweet, or expressing an opinion against the Spanish monarchy, as with @valtonyc.
6. You have made it be possible for anyone's house to be broken into, well into the early hours of the morning, as in the case of @ TamaraVila83 or the CDR, scaring families, neighbours and acquaintances, and putting people in preventive detention at discretion, without the slightest rigour. Franco style.
7. You have let teachers be accused and intimidated for explaining that the police undertook unjustified beatings of peaceful people who merely wanted to put a voting slip in a ballot box, that is, who wanted to express themselves democratically.
9. You have let ordinary people to join in the "Go Get 'Em" cries, completely dehumanizing pro-independence Catalans, and laying out a red carpet for the most brutal Fascism of the ultra media, that have insulted, vexed, accused and mistreated us with impunity.
10. You have allowed us to be literally robbed in the name of a tricked inter-territorial division, one year after another, one day after another, without explaining why, without giving explanations and insulting when asked ... a sheer right of conquest.
11. You have let judges and the Police act with total impunity in the name of both the protection of the State as guarantor of the unity of the fatherland and of the fatherland itself.
12. You have let the monarchy act with total impunity and legal irresponsibility, as long as 40 years after the death of the dictator Franco. You have not dared to put an end to Franco, and Franco has emerged from the closet.
13. You have let medium-haired politicians and large corporations have a strategic alliance that hurts all mortals and benefits a few. In fact, it has benefited the 400 families that have parasitized the whole of the State apparatus for four centuries.
15 [sic]. You have let the left, the right, the extreme left, and the extreme right act in the same way when they are in power, especially as regards protecting the unity of the homeland, over and above people's very lives.
16. You have let a huge financial award be given to policemen who freely handed out baton blows to pro-independence Catalans simply for voting.
17. In short, you have allowed everything because those being repressed were the horrible pro-independence Catalans, enemies of the sacrosanct unity of a fatherland that does not exist. You have allowed Fascism to expand in its purest state.
18. And now they're coming to get you. You feel objectively threatened by those who you thought were traveling companions to save the [Spanish] fatherland, which is yours, not ours.
20. For the Catalans: the only way we can get away from Spain's endemic Fascismis to make Catalonia's independence effective. Otherwise we are doomed to sink into the darkness of Fascism that is already knocking on the doors of Madrid, and it is doing so unashamedly.
21. You don't plead for Independence from those that subject you, you take it. Independence has costs, it is not for free, but the prize is freedom and the possibility of having a better future. It all depends only on us. No one will help us if we don't help ourselves. LET'S DO IT!

Habéis permitido que metan en la cárcel a políticos como
@ForcadellCarme @junqueras @jorditurull @joseprull @quimforn y otros,
por dar voz a la gente, en cumplimiento de un mandato popular,
refrendado democráticamente. Hoy hay PRESOS POLÍTICOS en España.
Lo siento si no mola.

Habéis permitido que HOY haya exiliados catalanes como @krls
@toni_comin @ClaraPonsati o @LluisPuigGordi, tal como pasó después
de la guerra civil y el levantamiento y sublevación franquista en
contra del orden establecido en aquel momento.
5.
Habéis permitido que haya exiliados por hacer un rap, un twit, o una
opinión contra la monarquia española, como pasa con @valtonyc.
6.
Habéis permitido que sea posible entrar en casa de cualquiera, bien
entrada la madrugada, como en el caso de @TamaraVila83 o los CDR,
atemorizando a família, vecinos y conocidos, y metiendo a la gente
en prisión preventiva por la cara sin el más mínimo rigor. Franco
style.
7.
Habéis permitido que se acuse e intimide a profesores por explicar
que la policía ha pegado palizas injustificades a gente pacífica
que sólo quería depositar una papeleta en una urna, es decir, que
quería expresarse democráticamente.
8.
Habéis permitido que P O L I C I A S ("servidores públicos")
vinieran a Catalunya al grito de "a por ellos", cuando
"ellos" somos "nosotros".
9.
Habéis permitido que la gente de a pie grite también "a por
ellos", deshumanizando por completo a los catalanes indepes, y
poniendo una alfombra roja al fascismo más descarnado de los medios
ultra que nos han insultado, vejado, acusado y maltratado
impunemente.
10.
Habéis permitido que literalmente se nos robe en nombre de un
reparto interterritorial tramposo, una año detrás de otro, un día
detrás de otro, sin explicar porque, sin dar explicaciones e
insultando cuando se pedían... puro derecho de conquista.
11.
Habéis permitido que jueces y policía actúen con total impunidad
en nombre de la protección del Estado como garante de la unidad de
la patria y de la patria misma.
12.
Habéis permitido que la monarquia actúe con total impunidad e
irresponsabilidad legal, incluso pasados 40 años de la muerte del
dictador Franco. No os habéis atrevido a acabar con Franco, y Franco
ha salido del armario.
13.
Habéis permitido que políticos de medio pelo y grandes
corporaciones tengan una alianza estratégica que perjudica a todos
los mortales y beneficia a unos pocos. En realidad beneficia a les
400 familias que parásita todos los aparatos del Estado desde hace 4
siglos.
15.
Habéis permitido que izquierda, derecha, extrema izquierda, y
extrema derecha actúen de la misma manera cuando están en el poder,
sobretodo respecto a proteger la unidad de la patria, y por encima de
la misma vida de las personas
16.
Habéis permitido que se dé un premio económico enorme a policías
que han repartido hostias gratuitas a catalanes independentistas por
el solo hecho de votar.
17. En
definitiva, lo habéis permitido todo porque los reprimidos eran los
terribles catalanes independentistas, enemigos de la sacrosanta
unidad de una patria que no existe. Habéis permitido la expansión
del fascismo en su estado más puro.
18. Y
ahora van a por vosotros. Os sentís objetivamente amenazados por
aquellos que creísteis compañeros de viaje para salvar la patria
[española], la vuestra, no la nuestra.
19. Nos
habéis abandonado y utilizado hace muchísimo. AHORA NO ME BUSQUÉIS @JuanDiegoBotto,
NO NOS BUSQUÉIS a los catalanes indepes ni nos pidáis SENY, a mi no
me vais a encontrar. Os deseo la mejor de las fortunas, nada más. Y
en Catalunya, a la nuestra. #ObjectiuIndependència
20. Per als catalans:
l'única manera que tenim d'allunyar-nos del feixisme endèmic
d'Espanya és fer efectiva la independència de Catalunya. Altrament
estem condemnats a enfonsar-nos dins la foscor del feixisme que ja
truca a les portes de Madrid, i ho fa desacomplexadament.
21. La independència no es demana a aquell qui et sotmet, es fa. La independència te costos, no és gratuïta, però el premi és la llibertat i la possibilitat de tenir un futur millor. Tot depèn només de nosaltres. Ningú ens ajudarà si no ens ajudem nosaltres mateixos.
