"Aims"... 7. Preserve the nonviolent character of the movement for independence and the materialization of the Catalan Republic." (page 9)"... 8. To promote the culture of peaceful resistance and civil disobedience. The ANC will undertake massive civil disobedience actions when it is considered that this is the case, in the form of large actions, timely initiatives, and long-range campaigns and a sustainable format over time, if necessary." ... 8. Potenciar la cultura de resistència pacífica i de desobediència civil. L’ANC emprendrà accions de desobediència civil massiva quan es consideri que així cal, en forma de grans accions, iniciatives puntuals, i campanyes de llarg abast i format sostenible en el temps, si cal." "La ciutadania s’ha de mobilitzar pacíficament però de forma decidida i contundent perquè el 155 no es pugui tornar a aplicar ni políticament, ni socialment, ni operativament [...] Per això caldrà la mobilització pacífica en col·laboració amb equips o entitats de treball jurídic, però sense supeditar l'acció estrictament a les estratègies jurídiques..."
