2/5) Aquí intervé explícitament la força de l’Estat espanyol. Això, doncs, no és el marc d’un simple conflicte polític, sinó un marc de guerra del s.XXI al primer món. S’aplica la força sobre una minoria nacional, en tots els àmbits i més enllà de tota norma.
3/5) Espanya ho analitza internament i ho tracta com una guerra. Però, part molt important de la seva estratègia és negar-ho i situar-ho en un altre marc. Redueixen la causa catalana a ideologia, i ells es presenten com els asèptics defensors de les regles del joc.
4/5) Això vol impossibilitar els catalans de qualsevol resposta efectiva; a la vegada que intenta invisibilitzar la qüestió catalana i distorsionar la percepció internacional d’allò que no es pot amagar.
